    Frequently Asked Questions

How often does a forklift operator need to be evaluated?

OSHA 1910.178(l)(4) requires a refresher evaluation at least every three years, plus immediately after any unsafe operation, accident, near-miss, or assignment to a different truck type.

Is forklift qualification delivered on our site?

Yes. The vast majority of forklift qualification is delivered on the customer's site using their own trucks so the operator is evaluated on the actual equipment they will use.
